SignSifu (招牌師傅) is a workshop log. We store the account you create (email, display name), the workshop you join, sign records, restoration logs, technique notes, inventory, and photos you upload.
Photos live in object storage. Text records live in our database. Workshop members of the same shop can see that shop’s signs, logs, notes, and stock.
If you turn on a public share link, anyone with the link can read that sign’s specs, photos, and restoration history. Turn sharing off to stop new access.
Optional shop assist (voice log, photo assist, matching, search, handover, stock hints, Ask Sifu) sends the text or photo you chose to xAI so a model can draft a suggestion. You confirm before anything is saved. Do not send data you do not want processed.
We use cookies for sign-in and for your English / 廣東話 choice. The app can keep a copy of recent signs on this device for offline work.
You can export a JSON backup from Settings. You can delete your account in Settings. That removes your login, your profile, photos that only you stored, and workshops you owned alone. If other people are in a workshop you owned, that shop and its records stay with them.
The service is provided for neon workshop records. Contact the person who runs your SignSifu project for questions about stored data.
